Level Eight

Sarah
Owner of the salon as well as a level 8 stylist. My favorite thing to do is fix a haircut or color for a client. After all these years, it means the most to me to see the smile on someone’s face when they love their hair. I am nationally certified in haircutting and color through Redken. My husband Chris works in marketing and my two boys (Liam and Dylan) keep me super busy. When I am not at the salon you can usually find me on a soccer field or basketball court. I absolutely love dogs, Netflix, babies and shopping. Sarah is currently not able to take new guests at this time, but is always willing to give a referral to one of our other amazing stylists.

Madison
Hi, I’m Madison! I’ve been part of the Impressions family since 2004—and wow, time really does fly when you love what you do. I’m nationally certified in color and cutting and specialize in grey coverage, shorter haircuts and creating color that complements and enhances your haircut and personal style.
I love finding that perfect balance between comfort and creativity, and I’ll always gently nudge you outside your hair comfort zone (while keeping you 100% confident and feeling like yourself).
These days, I work part-time behind the chair so I can soak up life with my husband Joe and our two boys, Jacoby and Jaxson. You’ll often find me tag-teaming with my associate, mentoring new stylists and giving our guests a little extra attention—it’s a win-win for everyone!
Outside the salon, I’m usually working behind the scenes on the business side (yes, spreadsheets can be fun), squeezing in a good workout (mental health = everything), or streaming Netflix or stand-up comedy—I’m a big Nate Bargatze fan. I truly believe laughter is part of the salon experience, and humor is basically a non-negotiable in my chair.
When I’m not perfecting your color or mapping out highlights to elevate your cut, I’m probably re-decorating a room in my house, sipping a glass of red wine, or sitting on the sidelines cheering on my boys.
I can’t wait to have you in my chair—great conversation, fresh color, and a few good laughs are always on the agenda
