Impressions cancelation policy
We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests. To ensure we can accommodate everyone effectively, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please note:
Cancellations must be made via phone. We do not accept cancellations through email, text message or voicemail.
If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service fee.
